Incredible Staff
We recently had lunch at the Captain’s Bar at JA Resort and were greeted by Ruby, Isuru and Joana, who were absolutely lovely. They were attentive, professional and incredibly warm from the moment we arrived.
The service was like a perfectly rehearsed orchestra, everything happened exactly when it needed to, without ever feeling forced or intrusive. Drinks appeared as we ordered them, plates were cleared without us noticing, and every little detail seemed to be picked up on almost before we noticed it ourselves.
Ruby, Isuru and Joana were the real stars of the afternoon. Their service was as smooth as. They managed to strike an balance between being attentive without hovering and professional without ever feeling robotic.
It genuinely felt less like going out for lunch and more like having three people quietly orchestrating the entire experience in the background, like a well-run theatre production.
The food was wonderful, but the service was what turned lunch into an experience. Ruby, Isuru and Joana are an absolute credit to JA Resort. If great service were an art form, they would have it down to a fine art.

My stay at JA The Resort – Jebel Ali was truly exceptional. The property offers a wonderful balance of elegance, comfort, and genuine hospitality, making it an ideal destination for both relaxation and a luxurious getaway.
The surroundings are beautifully maintained, with peaceful views, excellent facilities, and a calm atmosphere that makes you feel away from the city while still being close enough to Dubai’s main attractions. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail.
What made the experience especially memorable was the professionalism and warmth of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to assist with a genuine smile. Their service added a personal touch that made the entire stay feel effortless and special.
The dining options were also impressive, offering high-quality food, variety, and a pleasant ambience. Overall, JA The Resort is a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a refined, relaxing, and well-managed hotel experience in Dubai.

JA Ocean View, what a thrill
Our wonderful stay began with the concierge Marwan who gave us a speedy check in even though we arrived early and gave us great news that our room was ready and we received a free upgrade for being Expedia gold plus members. He made sure we were given his undivided attention as he personally walked us to our room and showed us around. He truly made our experience great. Along with Usif from the excursions/activities who also gave us great suggestions and helped us book all our activities. The assistance we received from the staff was amazing. The room was clean and the view was amazing from our 21st floor balcony which overlooked the pool and beach area. I would stay here again when in Dubai and recommend it to all. The room service food was also tasty and arrived quickly. The pool area was also great along with the staff at Lvl Blu. Great value for a great experience in Dubai! Five stars!

Amazing
We had a wonderful experience. The service was great. We had requested for adjoining rooms which was not entertained. However everything else was very good.
Mr. Sulith checked us in and out and was very polite, professional and helpful throughtout.
