Had a wonderful stay at JA Lake View Hotel. The beautiful setting, exceptional service, and genuinely warm staff made our experience truly special. My kids had an amazing time too, which made it the perfect family getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and truly enjoyed every moment. The service was excellent, the resort was beautiful, with amazing enjoyment facilities for kids and families, and the entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
A special thank you to Ms. Madonna for upgrading our room and for going above and beyond to make special arrangements for my son’s birthday . It was a very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated.
We loved the water splash, feeding Animals and horse riding . As for the Kids Club, that was the most amazing and surprising part.The team there was amazing, caring, energetic, and did a fantastic job keeping the kids happy and entertained especially Ms. Caroline who made it very memorable and special for many kids. Thank you everyone at the Kids Club ( Ghita , Joe -Ann, Mickey) for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back!
Excellent stay
We had a great stay at JA Lakeview Hotel. The staff was really helpful, from the concierge, waiters, chefs, reservations, reception etc.We were assisted at every turn and appreciated. Big John, our brother from Kenya gave us excellent service at the concierge. 5 stars all around
