Highly recommend
From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and the housekeeping team surprised us with a beautiful birthday setup in our room. The room was amazing, and we truly appreciate everyone who helped make our stay so special.
The only small disappointment was when we went for breakfast and the hostess asked us to pay, as she mentioned that breakfast was not included. As a Titanium member, we understood that breakfast was included as part of benefits. Nevertheless, this did not take away from our overall wonderful experience.
We highly recommend JA Palm Tree Resort for a memorable stay. A very special thank you to Raju, the bellman, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even took the time to interact with my son, asking him what he wanted and playing with him. It was such a lovely gesture, and my son really enjoyed spending time with him.
My husband had an amazing birthday at your hotel, and we are very grateful to the entire team for making it so memorable. Thank you so much! ❤️

We stayed at JA Palm Tree Resort for a weekend to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and all we can say is that it was an amazing experience. Fully recommended. Great food, nice staff and fantastic facilities! Special thanks to Nilantha who was very gentle and helpful during our stay!
