They Turned Our Experience Around ❤️ You guys Restored Our Faith in the Property ❤️
What started with disappointment after worst experience twice on my bday and my husband’s bday which was ruined completely-turned into a truly beautiful celebration for our daughter. ❤️
After a difficult experience during our earlier stay, we were honestly unsure whether we would return. However, Zarifa, Director of Rooms, went above and beyond to restore our faith in the property while handing our account to Ragil, our wonderful Villa Host.
They personally took care of everything and ensured that our daughter’s celebration was handled with so much warmth, attention and care. This time, everything went smoothly, and we were able to genuinely relax and enjoy the occasion as a family.
Ragil and Zarifa truly understood how important this celebration was to us and they managed to win us back. Their effort, professionalism and personal attention made a huge difference, and we sincerely appreciate it and also unseen team members like house keeping ans everyone involve:

Our favourite hotel
My wife and I have been to this hotel 3 times and I’ve never made a review which is shocking on my part . This is our favourite hotel in the whole world . From the fantastic staff to the incredible food it’s just brilliant . In March we had an overwater villa for 4 days and lagoon access room for 4 days both were great . Our favourite restaurant is Mekong but honestly all the restaurants were great. It would be very hard for us to pick a different hotel in Dubai. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great birthday stay, the staff are the gem of this place
Had a lovely little break for my birthday here. Staff were amazing, the beach house and Mekong restaurant staff especially. Big thanks Harith our house keeping for going the extra mile decorating our room on the day

Everything about our stay impressed both me and my partner. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness.
A special mention to Ahmed, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Even without any introduction, he immediately knew how to assist us and took great care of our luggage. He also kindly helped us arrange a taxi, which made our arrival and departure so much easier. His hospitality and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel genuinely welcomed.
The reception staff were also very friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel food was absolutely delicious, and we truly enjoyed our meals.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The combination of excellent service, friendly staff, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere made our stay very memorable. We truly appreciate everyone who made our visit special, and we would be happy to come back again!
