Best Food And Hospitality ever!!!!!
Andaz Dubai is a fantastic hotel with a beautiful atmosphere, and the food was amazing. A special thank you to Ushan and Jennie for their excellent service. They were friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Best Birthday ever
Wow, wow! Amazing place to stay. The view from the hotel is out of this world. The infinity pool, 2 jacuzzi , pool on roof , spa, gym too much enjoyments. Very close beach almost beside the pool. Excellent buffet, clean hotel, close to local mall, I will definitely stay again. Most importantly, tge staff are amazing, especially Nadir. I even mentioned it was my birthday the following day, and when I came back from breakfast I had a lovely mini with happy birthday written on the cake board. Oh how sweet! Thank you Andaz, the Palm.
Value of money and stunning property 👌
The place is so amazing, The pool at the Beach side is so beautiful. The Sauna at 14th Floor wow made my stay awesome. I loved every moment of my stay and will definitely go back. I stay in room 822 date 15th July 2026. The reception ms. Preet was so kind and helpful throughout the check-In process. The concierge staff can't remember his name, was another helpful person. Overall, the services are a topnotch 👌

Our Third Visit – Andaz Palm Feels Like Home!
This was our third stay at Andaz Dubai The Palm, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. There is a reason we keep coming back.
If you’re looking to be treated with exceptional customer service and made to feel like royalty, this is the place to stay. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff recognised us, welcomed us back with genuine warmth, and made us feel like valued guests. It truly felt as though they couldn’t wait to have us back.
A special thank you to the à la carte team and the chefs, who are simply outstanding. Their attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to ensure every meal was enjoyable really stood out. They genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is looked after.
We were also celebrating our son’s birthday during our stay, and the team made it incredibly special. They surprised him with a beautiful birthday cake, gathered together to sing Happy Birthday, and presented him with a lovely birthday card. Seeing the smiles on his face made the celebration even more memorable, and we’re so grateful for the effort everyone put in.
The level of hospitality at Andaz is second to none. Every interaction felt genuine, and the staff consistently went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable.
Thank you to everyone at Andaz Dubai The Palm for another wonderful holiday. We already feel like part of the Andaz family, and we can’t wait to return for our fourth visit! Highly recommended.
