Wanted to give a special mention to the lovely doorman Simon, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He always greeted us with a smile and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. His kindness and warm attitude really stood out and added such a lovely touch to our experience. Luxury hotel in palm
It was amazing stay in Hilton palm everything was fine beautiful location stunning view and staff was very kind priyesh and Praveen was doing great.and thanks to Adnan for taking care of our luggage we will be back soon thank you
25th Anniversary — Hilton Style
My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah from September 17–20 to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and this stay will definitely be one we remember.
Although I didn’t receive the upgrade I had hoped for, the suite we had was very nice, and what really stood out was the service. Guest Services went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. When we arrived from the airport, they had prepared a beautiful setup in the room with champagne, treats, balloons, and thoughtful anniversary touches. It was a wonderful way to begin our celebration and immediately made us feel that the occasion mattered to them.
The housekeeping team was exceptional. I honestly don’t think we ever saw them, but somehow every time we returned to the room—whether after the beach, the pool, shopping, or dinner—the room had been refreshed, organized, and looked amazing. That kind of quiet, consistent service deserves recognition.
Breakfast was another highlight. Every morning we were greeted warmly, usually by at least two members of the team, and throughout breakfast the staff made us feel genuinely looked after. Everyone was pleasant, personable, and attentive. A special mention goes to Dennis F., who took great care of us and, as it turns out, is a huge Giants fan. That little personal connection made the experience even more memorable.
I also have to recognize the valet team. They provided both our first impression when we arrived and our last impression when we left, and they were excellent throughout the entire stay. Our car was never more than a few minutes away, they were always friendly and professional, and what I appreciated most was the way they consistently treated my wife with kindness and respect, often making sure she was taken care of first. I have stayed at many hotels and usually don’t think much about valet service, but these gentlemen were so good at what they did that I found myself tipping them throughout the stay. They earned it.
As a Hilton Diamond member, I’ve enjoyed Hilton properties in many places around the world—from Hawaii to Alaska, Cartagena to Yas Island—and I can honestly say that the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah will always hold a special place for us.
Thank you to the entire team for helping make our 25th anniversary memorable.
We will absolutely be back.
