We had a truly wonderful stay at Marriott, and before leaving, I wanted to share our experience and thank the entire team.
From the very beginning, we were impressed by the warm welcome, professionalism and genuine hospitality of the staff. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable, elegant and spotless, and the service throughout our stay was consistently excellent.
We particularly enjoyed the pools and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything is beautifully organized and cared for, and every detail reflects the high standards you would expect from Marriott. The food was also outstanding — fresh, beautifully presented and of a quality that we would happily compare to a very good restaurant.
But I would especially like to mention the Kids Club and one member of the team who made a very special impression on our family — Heddy.
Heddy is truly a wonderful person and, in our opinion, a real asset to this hotel. She creates such a warm, positive and welcoming atmosphere in the Kids Club that you immediately feel comfortable there. All the animators were kind and attentive, but Heddy stood out to us in a very special way.
Every time we walked into the Kids Club and saw Heddy, our mood instantly lifted. She was always smiling, happy to help, playing with the children, making them laugh and making sure they felt comfortable and included. You could see how genuinely happy the children were around her.
What impressed us most was not simply her professionalism, but the warmth and genuine care she gives to the children. She has a wonderful natural ability to connect with them, and that made a real difference to our holiday. Thanks to Heddy, the Kids Club became a place our daughter was genuinely excited to visit.
Heddy truly deserves special recognition from the management. Employees like her are what make a beautiful hotel feel truly special. Her kindness, energy and dedication left a lasting impression on our family, and we are very grateful to her.
Thank you to the entire Marriott team for such a wonderful stay, and a very special thank you to Heddy for making our holiday even happier and more memorable. We will leave with many lovely memories and would be very happy to return.

Best Levantera team ever

I was arranging a 2 day client event at the Marriott when i encountered 2 challenges the day before the event which needed immediate fixing:

My iphone screen broke, and i could not communicate with my client, my company colleagues, nor the event organisers

Due to the immense popularity of the area i could not secure, myself, a restaurant booking for a group of 12 at an appropriate restaurant on short notice (24 hours)
I brought both of these issues to Erisha at 9am, and they were solved by 12pm...AMAZING !

Great stay as always at the Marriott Palm Dubai
Beautiful stay at the wonderful Marriott with superb service throughout the stay. In particular the house keeping team of Bharath & Nanday who looked after the room daily and did such a wonderful job.☀️☀️

GREAT FOOD AND AMAZING SERVICE
We had such a lovely dinner at Levantera at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Christine took great care of us and was so friendly and attentive throughout the evening. The valet team was also very kind and helpful, although I didn’t catch their names. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely visit again.
