Bubai NH collection
Good guy for room clean , perfect! Everyone is very nice and kind and check in guy so nice when I check in room in the morning !Thank you all !
Disappointing Stay Broken Pool and Frustrating Service, Good room cleaning
While the housekeepers did a great job keeping our room clean and some of the staff were genuinely nice, my stay at NH Collection Dubai The Palm was very disappointing overall.
Pool condition: The pool at Dukes needs urgent maintenance water cleanliness was inconsistent and missing tiles left sharp broken edges underwater that cut my foot.
Front desk efficiency: Getting self-parking access required three days of constant chasing after unfulfilled promises of callbacks, before it was simply coded onto my room key.
Property organization: Breakfast shouldn't require walking outside in the heat between NH Collection and Dukes without clear guidance or an indoor connection.

Nice and kind experience
Vijay is a very hardworking and dedicated employee. He fulfilled all of our requests and was always polite and respectful. His excellent service made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. Thank you very much for everything—we would be delighted to come back again.

Best pool in dubai
Amazing experience at the pool! The atmosphere is beautiful and the service is excellent. A special thank you to Fabio, our waiter, who was extremely kind, attentive and professional. We had a great time! Highly recommended!
