We are staying at Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah right now, and I really want to write a few words about one person here.
Ahmed Altia from Serena Restaurant.
We have had dinner here several times, and somehow Ahmed keeps being the one who takes care of our table. And every time we see him, we are genuinely happy about it.
After the first couple of dinners, you stop feeling like you are just another hotel guest. Ahmed remembers you, remembers what you like, notices everything, jokes with you, talks to you, but never becomes intrusive. You can immediately feel that he really enjoys what he does.
There are many good hotels in Dubai. Beautiful rooms, great views, good food. But in the end, you remember people.
And Ahmed Altia is exactly one of those people.
Ahmed, if you ever read this, yes, this is us π The guests you kept meeting at dinner again and again.
Thank you for taking such good care of us and for making our evenings better. I hope a lot of people read this review, and I especially hope that the management of Radisson reads it too.
