⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Alex Alex has made our holiday in Dubai truly unforgettable. His customer service is, without question, the best we've ever experienced. From the very first day, he treated us like long-lost family rather than just guests. He somehow managed to make us feel as though we were the only people by the pool, despite always being busy looking after everyone else. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Before we even had to ask, Alex knew exactly what we wanted. A simple hand gesture was all it took, and he'd already anticipated what we needed. His attention to detail, professionalism, warmth, and genuine care are simply exceptional. People like Alex are incredibly rare. He doesn't just do his job—he creates an experience that makes your holiday even more special. His kindness, enthusiasm, and dedication are a real credit to the hotel, and he deserves every bit of recognition for the incredible service he provides. Customer service was very poor, and several of our requests were ignored during our stay.

A very disappointing experience. The service and front desk were unprofessional, the rooms were small and not clean, and the pool was extremely small and poorly maintained. As an IHG Diamond Elite member, I received no recognition or service matching the standards expected from the brand. I do not recommend this hotel.
