Amazing stat at Atlantis the Palm
This was our second stay, and somehow it was even better than we remembered. This hotel is simply on another level. The kids honestly felt like they were living in a dream, and as parents, seeing them this happy made the whole experience even more special. But beyond the hotel itself, it’s really the people who make the difference. A very special mention to Nazir, our Guest Room Valet, who went above and beyond for us. He surprised us, spoiled the kids, paid attention to every little detail and genuinely made us feel that he cared about our family and our stay. He made an incredible experience feel personal, and was truly the cherry on top.
We also want to thank the kitchen and restaurant teams. Our daughter Tamar has celiac disease, and they took such incredible care of her and her gluten-free needs. They went above and beyond to make sure she could enjoy everything safely, which means so much to us as parents.
An amazing second stay, with so many special memories. We already know we’ll be back. ❤️

We decided to upgrade to the Imperial Club, and it was 100% worth it! From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and every member of staff was so kind and welcoming. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special.
A special thank you to Nivanjan and the housekeeping team, who kept our rooms spotless and made the most beautiful towel arrangements. The valet team, luggage handlers, catering staff, kids’ club team, reception, and everyone else were absolutely fantastic.
You could truly feel the care and effort from every department. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️
The most beautiful place on earth
What a beautiful resort! We have loved our time here and really do not want to leave. Our suite is beautiful the staff and housekeeping can’t do enough for you, shout out to Aung for our lovely towel friends each day🤩🌹the food and drinks are delicious and the pool is just amazing. Definitely won’t hesitate to travel the 12K klm from Australia to visit again just amazing!

Gorgeous hotel, amazing customer service, amazing food. This is a hotel that delivers service and dedication second to none. No request is too big from the wonderful staff. Food is out of this world - everything about this hotel is complete 101% perfection. Soft drinks with your half board all included, so much for the kids to do and the adults alike . We will be back. You are the best on earth ❤️❤️🥰
