Ranjiith was amazing (16th floor) He took care of all of our needs to ensure we had an amazing time Will definitely come again
⭐️ Not worth the money We visited Atlantis Waterpark in Dubai and were unfortunately very disappointed. The entrance fee is extremely expensive, and on top of that, you have to pay a lot extra for a locker. For the price, we expected a much better experience. When we wanted to buy food, there was hardly anything available because a lot of the food was sold out. The queues for the attractions were also extremely long, which meant that we barely got to go on any rides during the day. We also found the park poorly signposted and difficult to navigate, and for adults there wasn’t really a good pool where you could simply relax and cool down. Overall, we feel that the price is far too high for what you actually get. With the long queues, expensive extras, lack of food and poor signage, the experience simply wasn’t worth the money.
Sai Kumar was lovely and always cleaned our room to a very high standard
⭐⭐⭐☆☆ A Wonderful Stay with a Few Areas to Improve
We had a lovely stay at Atlantis The Palm overall, and I have to say that the majority of the staff were absolutely amazing. From the breakfast team to the wider hotel staff, we experienced a very high level of service and genuine effort to make our stay enjoyable.
The breakfast team deserves a special mention. Starting with Kyaw amazing service They were fantastic every morning — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. In particular, Rubel stood out. I believe he is a supervisor, and he was exceptional throughout our stay. Whatever we needed or asked for, Rubel always went out of his way to make it happen. He consistently made sure our requirements were met, and his attitude and service really made a difference. Five stars for Rubel without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I would also like to give a special mention to Hannah, the manager at the front desk. She was fantastic and showed exactly the level of care and professionalism you would expect from a five-star hotel. Hannah deserves five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Unfortunately, the front desk experience overall was not quite at the five-star standard we expected from Atlantis The Palm. The staff were polite, but there seemed to be a lack of warmth, emotion, and genuine care. We didn’t feel the same level of attention or enthusiasm that we experienced from the rest of the hotel team. I believe the front desk could benefit from some additional training, particularly around guest engagement and creating a more welcoming experience.
Because of this, I would personally rate the front desk experience 3 out of 5. However, Hannah was definitely the exception and showed us what five-star service should look like.
Apart from that, the rest of our experience was excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were wonderful, and the breakfast team in particular were absolutely amazing.
Overall, Atlantis The Palm is a fantastic hotel, and with a little more attention to the guest experience and training at the front desk, I think it could be even better.
Special thanks to Rubel, Hannah, and the entire breakfast team for making our stay so enjoyable. You were amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Sarker the man who cleaned our room went above and beyond, he was meticulously clean over our room and nothing was ever too much for him
