Amazing Experience and Everlasting Memories
We stayed at Avani+ Palm View recently to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and once again, the experience was truly amazing.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the concierge team with genuine smiles and exceptional hospitality. A special thanks to Harvey for taking care of our luggage and making our arrival smooth and welcoming.
The reception team was also very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, especially Bret and Rose, who assisted us during check-in. Their warm attitude made us feel comfortable and well taken care of from the beginning.
As always, the room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. My sincere thanks to the housekeeping team for consistently maintaining the cleanliness of the room and making sure everything was in perfect condition throughout our stay.
I would also like to give a special thanks to Alvin, who kindly assisted us with our luggage during our departure. Another special mention goes to Peipei from the telephone operator team, who was always attentive and quick to assist whenever we called with a request. Her friendly and helpful service truly made a difference during our stay.
Avani+ Palm View always exceeds our expectations, and this is one of the reasons why I continue to recommend the hotel to my friends and family. The genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and wonderful service from the entire team always make our stays memorable.
