AMAZING
We had such a wonderful experience during our stay! ❤️ A special thank you to Mohamed at Alize breakfast, who was always so kind, friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. He made our mornings so enjoyable!
A huge thank you also to Manisha at the pool. She was incredibly kind, caring and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. She was also wonderful with our children, who absolutely loved her! 🥰
And a special thank you to Nelson, who was amazing with the children at the pool. He was so friendly, patient and caring, and our children truly loved spending time with him.
All of you made our holiday extra special and memorable. The service, kindness and genuine care were exceptional. We felt so welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay.

Our home away from home and favourite hotel in Dubai
Our home away from home and favourite hotel in Dubai. We have been visiting Dubai for the last 13 years, staying in many of the top 5-star hotel chains across different locations, and can confidently say that the Banyan Tree on Bluewaters Island is our number one spot. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very professional, always making sure our stay is effortlessly perfect, throughout all areas of the hotel. The little touches don't go amiss, like being greeted by name when passing by the team. The resort has such a relaxed atmosphere, we enjoyed takeaway coffees (and orange juice) on the beach in the morning, from breakfast, before actually going to have breakfast later in the morning. The best for location and the beach honestly cannot be beaten in Dubai, looking out to undisturbed views of the ocean, which gives you the feeling of being away from the city, yet you are close enough to get out and about, if you wish. This was our third stay on Bluewaters, after visiting as a party of 30 last year for a special birthday celebration, which was handled just as perfectly, as this stay with just the two of us. With family now living in Dubai, this will be our home away from home, for many more stays to come. Thank you for always looking after us, Banyan team!

Perfect pool day
Had the absolute best day at Banyan tree - booked a cabana for the day for family of 4. Niraaj was amazing, completely made our day - perfect service We’ve just relocated and needed a day to fully relax and that’s completely what we got. Also the food was delicious !! So much choice for a pool menu as well !
Exceptional service – one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had
We have stayed at many luxury hotels, including several that are considerably more expensive, but our experience here has genuinely been exceptional.
A special mention has to go to Mohammed at breakfast. He was absolutely incredible. From the first day, he was extremely kind, funny and welcoming, but what impressed us most was how amazing he was with our children. He made them laugh, remembered them and made breakfast something they looked forward to every morning. We honestly cannot remember meeting a warmer or more genuinely friendly person at a hotel. Mohammed is a huge asset to the hotel.
We also have to mention Nelson by the pool. He was absolutely fantastic with our children. They genuinely loved having him around. He was incredibly funny, warm and friendly, and always managed to make the kids laugh and feel comfortable. As parents, seeing someone interact with your children with that kind of genuine warmth makes a huge difference to the entire experience. Nelson was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
And then there is Nina from housekeeping. Saying the cleaning was simply “good” would be an understatement — it was extraordinary. Everything was immaculate, and Nina was incredibly friendly, attentive and always took our requests into consideration. Her attention to detail was outstanding.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at significantly more expensive luxury hotels, yet the level of service and the overall experience here has honestly been better.
What really makes this hotel special is the people. Mohammed, Nelson and Nina went above and beyond and turned a great stay into an exceptional one. We will be back, again.

Well yet another fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. Pure luxury from start to finish! Excellent service from reception and doorman on arrival.
Exceptional service from the beach and pool staff Deepal, Neeraj, Andrew, Amman, Nelson and Pramod - sorry if I have forgotten anyone - who were all so attentive in ensuring iced water was provided regularly and our towels replaced. The watermelon sticks and various flavoured lollies are a great touch - A lovely smiley bunch!! Thank you!
Service in restaurants again so attentive - thank you Inman and Muhammad. Superb choice of menu both breakfast and evening meals.
And before I finish how could I not mention yet Florencio who again provided us with ice for our evening G&T.
