Our stay at Banyan Tree Dubai was truly exceptional from beginning to end. What made the experience so memorable was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the team, from the moment we arrived to every area of the resort, was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive. Their sincere kindness created an immediate sense of connection that made me feel valued throughout my stay. The check-in experience deserves special recognition. Instead of the usual reception process, guests are welcomed into a beautiful and comfortable lobby where you can relax while completing the check-in formalities. Being served a refreshing welcome drink and a cold towel after arriving was a thoughtful touch, and receiving a unique guest bracelet made the experience feel even more exclusive and memorable.
The rooms are absolutely stunning beautifully designed with a spacious, modern layout and equipped with high-tech features that make everything effortless. The bed was exceptionally soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. One of the most unique details was the carefully curated scents in the room. The fragrance burner and the daily-changing incense stick created a calming atmosphere that transformed the room into a peaceful sanctuary. Even spending time indoors felt incredibly relaxing and luxurious.
The dining experience was equally impressive. The restaurants offer outstanding food complemented by excellent service from attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with an extensive buffet alongside an à la carte menu, allowing guests to enjoy both variety and freshly prepared dishes. Every meal was beautifully presented and delicious.
The pool and beach facilities are simply breathtaking. The grounds are expansive, immaculately maintained, and offer the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The staff were always attentive and welcoming, and the level of security throughout the property provided complete peace of mind, making the entire experience feel safe, comfortable, and truly luxurious.
Banyan Tree Dubai has mastered the art of combining elegance, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. Every detail is thoughtfully curated to create an unforgettable guest experience. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. We would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and genuinely welcoming escape.
A wonderful and unforgettable stay
My wife and I stay for a night in Banyan Tree Dubai and I will say that the experience we had cannot be compared to others. Its stands out from other hotels we've stayed. The hospitality of the staff is amazing. From the time we get out from the car, the assistance was provided. During the check in, Madina helped us and introduce the hotel to us. Also, Ita greeted us from the reception. What amazed us is that Madina guided us all the way to our room and give us a tour which we never experience before. This way of service extension really separate Banyan Tree to other hotels. Woooow. Thats the word.
From that moment my wife and I do not know what to say. The experience already started and for me, that is something I will not forget.
Our experience continuously evolving more as we explore the hotel. We join Alizee restaurant for lunch and it was amazing the hospitality of the staff to the tastes of the food. I don't even know how to describe it. Try it yourself so you will know what I am saying. Hihi
Tocha was great, as I love Japanese cuisines, I enjoy the food and the ambience there. To the point that my tray is clean. The bento box is already my favorite but when we join for the afternoon tea, it elevates the experience more. The food is served in different setup. Tree of sweets and delights, tray/box full of different types of japanese bites and the stone plates that looks great. I cannot say more. Better to try it, you will not regret a bit of it.
The room is so spacious and elegant. The modern Japanese touch really catches our eyes. We even want to have the same style for our own house. It was amazing.
The view from the balcony is also outstanding.very Instagramamble. Breath taking is the right word I will say.
Overall, we will for sure come back for another stay.

Best place in Dubai for us as residents
My husband and I love this place even tho we live just next by but because the place is amazing , super clean , great quality of people and the food oh god so delicious . And the stuff also soooo professional and kind always smiling specially neeraj . We feel home here …it’s our favorite place to enjoy our weekends .
