Amazing hotel to go
Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and every member of the staff made us feel welcome. It was truly a relaxing and enjoyable experience for our whole family.
I would like to give a very special thank you to Kerolos from Room Service. He is one of the main reasons our stay was so memorable. From the first day, he was always smiling, incredibly patient, respectful, and genuinely happy to help. No matter what we needed or how busy he was, he responded quickly and always made us feel that our comfort was his priority.
His positive attitude, professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are truly exceptional. He consistently went above and beyond our expectations, and his outstanding customer service deserves special recognition.
