I celebrated my 31st birthday at Raffles The Palm, and the experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and accommodating. They made me feel genuinely special throughout my stay.
A very special thank you to the team Ruben, Aira, Jean and Giselle for surprising me with a beautiful birthday cake and for making my celebration even more memorable. It’s these thoughtful little details and the genuine hospitality that make an experience so meaningful.
I truly felt celebrated, cared for, and welcomed. This is the kind of experience you remember long after you leave.

We ate at Mitgagi restaurant and was served by Rehan. He was very good and very accommodating. I want to give a huge thank you to John, Anolo and Gita an amazing team and made amazing food. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
Raffles The Palm Dubai
We loved Raffles! We were looked after exceptionally well. Our room was magnificent. The wait staff were very attentive, especially Ahmed Hamouda and his Assistant Manager who both went above and beyond! We were made to feel very special!
