EXQUISITE HOTEL
This hotel is a stylish retreat in the heart of the Dubai Marina boasting proximity to the beach mall full of boutiques, restaurants and cinemas. Suites overlooking Ain Dubai, the pristine white sands of the Persian Gulf shoreline in Dubai Marina This was our first time in Jumeirah and the hotel was amazingly comfortable with modern amenities and breathtaking views The service truly stands out. The housecleaning team did an outstanding job comfy, clear, spacious, great bedding and amenities; Nespresso machine with pods and bottles of water. The food is a big WOW standing first class at breakfast and dinner and the staff are attentive and friendly. Staff deserve 10 out of 10 scores Special thanks to the Food and Beverage Team: Oceanic Restaurant Manager Hemayet Hossain, Oceanic Restaurant Supervisor Azik, Guest Services Dipti and the team: Diana Nyanjama, Jael, Joanitna, Nesinga, Lydiay, Zena, Zin, Sanam for making us comfortable and also celebrating my belated birthday A Big Thank You to Chef Anischu Celeb who really went out of his way to accommodate us with a speciality dish for complimentary dinner which was very delicious and also reminded us of back home The sociable atmosphere and commitment by the staff really made our stay and experience very memorable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Care & Service at the Pool — Hilton The Walk JBR
I just had to write and say what a wonderful experience we’ve had at the poolside here. The lifeguard on duty is absolutely amazing Rajan Recreative lifeguard he is so helpful, attentive and truly caring. He’s always there to look after everyone, making sure everything is safe and comfortable, and the entire pool area is kept spotlessly clean and immaculate at all times. It gives you such peace of mind knowing someone so reliable is watching over things, and he goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcome and well looked after. Such a kind, hardworking person — he’s a real credit to the hotel. Thank you so much! 💛

Summer getaway
We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Dubai jumeirah hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The hotel was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and had a luxurious feel throughout. We felt so relaxed with the warm welcome. 10 out of 10 service
Our room was spacious, comfortable and very well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and the food and service were of a very high standard. The staff would keep coming over making sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. 10 out of 10 service thank you zahid for everything you did to make our stay extra special
Overall, we had a fantastic experience considering this was our 3rd visit to Hilton Dubai jumeirah. Everything about this hotel I can’t fault which is why we always go back. Thank you Hilton and we will see you in June 2027 10 out of 10
Redemption from 2025
A Fantastic Transformation - having had a disappointing experience at Hilton JBR last year due to extensive renovations and disruption, we were delighted to return and see just how much the hotel has been transformed. The new-look hotel has exceeded our expectations. The new pool area is fantastic, the rooms are clean and refreshed, and the staff consistently provided excellent service. We were also really impressed with the improvements to the Executive Lounge, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Special mention to Naseem and all the staff there. We deliberately chose Hilton JBR rather than its sister property, Hilton The Walk, across the road, and we were very pleased with our decision. It was great to see the hotel looking so refreshed and welcoming. A huge improvement from our previous visit , we would happily return.
