I had a wonderful stay at One Maria Tower Hotel, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Emily and Nivaa. They were welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. They did their best to accommodate my request for a late check-out, balancing excellent guest service while fully respecting the hotel’s policies.
Their ability to understand guests’ needs and create a memorable experience without compromising professionalism truly sets them apart. Thank you, Emily and Nivaa, you are a real credit to the hotel. I look forward to staying here again!

I truly enjoyed my time at the hotel; it's beautiful, the rooms are excellent, and everything is superb. The staff are funny and always smiling at guests. There's a receptionist named Emily, and others named Pianau Neva and Jamoudi—they're really funny. They ask about your stay, whether you're happy or not, and they can change anything you don't like. I've booked several times and I've memorized their names. I hope to return soon.
