The staff make the hotel!!
Dubai is a great place to visit but what makes this hotel special is the staff - but more importantly, the cleaning staff on rotation. Yamuna was excellent. She was kind, friendly and thorough. Extremely trustworthy and hardworking. A credit to the Sofitel team. Would definitely return to this hotel!
Amazing hotel and team
The stay at the hotel was amazing and the food was always warm and fresh with the head chef sumit always welcoming and making sure everything is going well and his team are exceptional at what they do , will always be back

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very clean and staff always friendly and polite. We had a lovely view of the beach
Food was very good without of different choices
The room was very clean with plenty of room, only bad thing. I couldn't have a bath as the plug wouldn't keep the water in. The sink also wouldn't hold the water. The rainfall shower could have been better it was quite weak.
Pool area was stunning with amazing views.
Life guard was very helpful and always busy.
I stayed here for 2 weeks with 2 children, but there wasn't much for them in the hotel apart from the pool.
No games, rooms, or anything.
Would I stay here again, definitely?

My experience in this hotel was good, the staff was also amazing. For example Awan, he was always kind and happyto help. The lifeguards were also mazing reactibg instantly in case of an emergency. The outside reception were also amazing surviving the heat and were always kind.
