Brilliant Hotel & Exemplary Guest Service
Hilton Al Habtoor City is one of the best hotels in Dubai. It's location and facilities are top notch, but what sets it apart is the guest service, especially by Duty manager Ms Kym. She and get team including Ms Vaishnavi esnured I had a very pleasant stay and they were always happy to help. The hotel is one of the largest in Dubai and has an amazing set of facilities and services for families including kids play area, pool and gym. In room layout and quality of furniture and beds is exemplary. The reservations team esp Ms Saika helped me get a complimentary upgrade. Overall can't be happier this hotel ticks all the boxes and highly recommended to fellow travellers!

Great Service, But the Hotel Needs Some Upgrades
Location: Easily accessible by car, but the entrance can be difficult to access due to the intersection with the main road. Vehicles waiting to turn into the hotel can cause traffic congestion.
Atmosphere: Pleasant enough, though nothing particularly memorable.
Rooms: The rooms are quite dated and show visible signs of wear and tear. They could benefit from refurbishment.
Value: Fair value for the price—you generally get what you pay for.
Cleanliness: Below average. The overall cleanliness did not meet expectations.
Noise Level: Quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax.
Service: This was the highlight of our stay. The front office team, especially Uvini and her supervisor (I believe her name was Myo), were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and professional. The lifeguards were also very accommodating and attentive despite working under the scorching sun. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality.
Amenities: The pool area needs better maintenance. The chairs and tables were dusty and had visible bird droppings, which took away from the overall experience.
