Exceptional 5 star experience
An exceptional five-star experience from start to finish. The level of service, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards throughout the resort was truly impressive.
The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and discreet, anticipating needs while providing genuinely gracious service. Every area of the property was impeccably maintained, with the cleanliness of the hotel and room being of an exceptionally high standard.
Particular mention must be made of the wet deck and beach areas, which were beautifully presented and meticulously maintained. The attention to detail throughout the resort created an atmosphere of effortless luxury and tranquillity.
A truly outstanding experience, made all the more memorable by the professionalism and dedication of the entire team. Special mention to the restaurant staff, Romisha, Sofiya, Amanda, cathrine and all catering staff.
The resort is a wonderful example of refined hospitality at its very best.

I want to start of with how amazing the hotel is it felt unreal staying staying here me and my partner have said this is the only hotel we will stay at when we next come back to Dubai next year!
The staff are absolutely outstanding every single 1 of them not a single complaint about the staff they’re all well mannered and treated me and my wife like royalty since arrival.
The hygiene is 10/10! The room clean , the bathroom clean , everywhere in this place is clean.
Big shout out to masswell every night in the reception area he would help me with luggage and always ask to make sure we was okay and if we ever needed help not to hesitate to speak to him. He also made time to have small conversation so we can get to know more about each other ensure is the guy to look out for so thank you very much masswell.
Amazing Check-in Experience
Marina was absolutely wonderful at check-in! She explained everything clearly and was extremely helpful, attentive and genuinely customer-focused.
We’ve never received such a warm welcome before – we felt so well taken care of from the very first minute. We’re certain that Marina, with her warm and professional manner, is a real asset to the hotel.

Pleasant experience
Had a pleasant experience at the W lounge. Staff, Romisha and Sofiya, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Though our food was cold due to the distance of the kitchen, Romisha was quick to solve the issue, which was not repeated after ordering for the second time. Would definitely come again, hash browns were very good.
