Atelier is a phenomenal experience. The atmosphere, accommodations, the service, the food — everything is top-notch. This is truly one of the very best all inclusive experiences in Cancun. Big shout out to Julio at the pool and Luis at Mercado whose friendly vibes and excellent service really brought our experience to the next level.

Amazing highly recommend
Our experience was perfect! Louis at the Buffett and Julio at the pool are special shout outs! They really put in their best efforts. Food was absolutely amazing! Sospiro was one of our fave restaurants! Room was perfect also. Zero complaints!

An Amazing Time
We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had. From the moment you walk in the door till you walk out , the service is incredible. We have a few shoutouts for Ethan, Jonathan, Panchito , Job, Andrea, Ernesto, Reyna. Son tantas personas increíbles que no le pude ver el nombre pero nos hicieron sentir en casa. Most of the staff took their time to learn our names and made the effort to engage with us. They made sure we felt comfortable and helped with everything we needed. There’s so many activities to do throughout the day that you should definitely take advantage of. Hector was an amazing bar tender. So many great waiters that the names wouldn’t fit here , so many great hostesses. The level of hospitality here is unmatched. We are missing so many great people that we would love to shout out but the list will just be endless. Everyone in this resort should be recognized for their love and care that they bring to work every day. We thank you so much for the care provided. This was an amazing honeymoon.

The best week at Atelier
Can’t speak highly enough about our week at Atelier Playa Mujeres. The resort is beautiful, but what makes it so special is the service. The staff go above and beyond to treat all guests like they’re VIPs. Have to give shoutouts to some of our favorites: Miguel and Rojas at the pool; Esteban, Balbino, Rosa, Estefany, Mabel and Donovan at breakfast; Javier and Francis at the spa; and evening manager Melissa. We went to Maria Dolores twice - once for a delicious meal and once just for dessert - it’s that good. Sommelier Patricia made our evenings there especially enjoyable. We were not Inspira guests so we just paid out of pocket there - very easy. Building 2 was a great location for us to have easy access to everything. Little things I loved: coffee set up by the pool in AM while at the beach for sunrise, quick golf cart trips when needed and a special treat delivered to our room to recognize our honeymoon. We can’t wait to go back!
