Family friendly with lots of activities. All inclusive costs are always expensive. Preferred Club All Inclusive costs are even more expensive and not worth the money in my personal opinion. The only reason we wanted it was to have connected rooms for our family of 5, including 3 children. We didnt want to risk being separated so we paid $2500 for the upgrade to preferred club to have connected rooms. We didn't receive $2500 in benefits but we did have our rooms connected.
Drisdey was amazing!! I loved her energy and the way she helped us during our ceviche class! 10/10❤️❤️
The resort was great for family’s with kids. So many activities for the kids each day. The food is not good and tasteless. Even the specialty restaurants taste like cafeteria food. There were a couple good meal options. There are areas of the hotel that def look dated. The couch in our room smelled awful. The spa was pretty good and had a cool feel. The entertainment was better than expected. The beach is unusable. Overall it was a solid 3.5-4 star hotel.
Great entertainment team! Special shout out to Didier and Sarai and the kids club team! You made our holidays extra special
The hotel is great for families. The pools are fun and so are the slides, lazy river and splash pads. The food is good and always fresh. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Drisdey of the entertainment team is super kind and lead fun programs for kids including sand castle building and dancing. The kids club and teen club are fun.
