There are public transportation links only 50 m from the hotel. In the vicinity, there is a plethora of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, cafés and a bustling nightlife. The airport is 15 km away, Playa del Carmen is 65 km away, whilst the Riviera Maya is 95 km from the hotel. Family friendly resort, great kids club
We had such a wonderful stay at fiesta Americana condesa. My girls, 7, and 3, loved the kids club. They had wonderful activities, such as playing, crafts, and facepaint to name only a few. The ladies in charge, Ana, Ariel, and Itzel were so responsible, caring, and kind. It was my older daughter’s favorite part of the trip. It was so nice to play with other kids and make friends while on vacation. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back in the near future.
The best Vacation ever
We had such an incredible time at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel so taken care of, especially since we were celebrating a birthday. A huge thank you to Eladio for taking such amazing care of us at dinner every night. He went out of his way to make our birthday dinners extra special, and his warmth and attention to detail meant the world to us. We also want to shout out Enrique (Kiko), our advisor, who kept everything running smoothly throughout our stay and was always there when we needed anything. Breakfast every morning was a highlight thanks to Chelito (Josué)—his cheerful energy was the best way to wake up. And a big shoutout to Darwin at Rosato; his cooking was outstanding and made our meal at the restaurant unforgettable. Every single person we came across made us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend this resort to anyone heading to Cancún!

Solo vacation
Alexander and Jonathan part of the entertainment crew were awesome and very engaging!! They made my stay very enjoyable! It was a solo trip and the entire staff took GREAT care of me!! This was my 3rd time here and everyone seemed to remember me!! I am definitely coming back in a few weeks!!!

Fantastic Destination Wedding!
We came for the Austin Wuethrich and Carly Myers destination wedding. It was top notch all the way! Service was fantastic and JJ our poolside server was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! Whoop whoop!! Elgio was great too! Cecelia the wedding coordinator was a joy to work with. The food and service for the entire wedding event was amazing! All in all it was an absolute blessing and joy to be a part of all this and have a wonderful experience and made great memories at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. Excellent job all!!! Thank you so much for all you do to make it an incredible time for all. 🙂
