Great honeymoon spot!
We went to Haven for our honeymoon and it was wonderful! We did the serenity club ocean front romance swim out room and it was well worth it. Sargassum is currently so bad so I would maybe opt for a garden swim out where there is less smell. They work to remove the sargassum daily and the smell barely affected our trip. For an all inclusive the food was pretty solid. Some hits were the semi private romance dinner at Vora Mar and the short rib at the dinner show. I would skip the dinner show unless it is included in your stay. Serenity club is worth it if you value quiet. The serenity pool and lounge were always quiet and chill. Plus you can order food to your chair at the serenity pool. Overall we had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the amenities and activities provided, and noticed extreme cleanliness and kind staff.
Staff highlights- Our wonderful butler Denisee. She provided top notch service and was able to make everything that I asked for happen. It was easy to text her when any questions arose and she was extremely kind and personable.
Perla at the pool was also so lovely. She was an excellent waitress and she came to our swim out often and brought drinks back quickly. She's the best.
Mary our housekeeper made the cutest towel animals, left us chocolates and notes, and always left the room in tip top shape.
The entire staff at the serenity pool was phenomenal as well. Super nice, easy to talk with, and always made sure we were satisfied with our stay.
The Best Experience
This was my wife and I’s 4th year going and it is and always is amazing!! This year we upgraded to the Serenity side of the resort and our Butler Enrique was absolutely perfect! He scheduled all of our events for us and even decorated our room when he found out it was my wife’s 3 year cancer anniversary. It meant so much to us. He was the best and I can’t stop raving enough about him. When we come again I’m going to request him. The room was clean and beautiful. We weren’t surrounded by noise it was the perfect vacation! The swim out pool was perfect along with the champagne given to us on our first night. The resort almost feels like it’s surrounded by the forest so it’s SOOOOO relaxing. We even had a complimentary 30 minute spa treatment which made it worth the value of what we paid! BOOK TODAY!

Amazing Service
The resort was really nice! My room/suite came with a butler and his name was Enrique. He was very responsive, helpful and friendly. I also had a swim out pool which was great, so I didn’t really have to go to the main pool. However, while I really enjoyed my service, the food on the resort was not that good.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Incredible Mother-Daughter Trip!
My mom and I just returned from the most amazing mother-daughter trip to Haven Riviera Cancun, and we honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience!
From the moment we arrived, everything about this resort was incredible. The atmosphere was beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind and spend quality time together. The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous, and there was always something beautiful to see or enjoy.
The food was fantastic! We were so impressed by the variety and quality of the restaurants and never felt like we were running out of delicious options. Every meal was something we looked forward to, and the drinks and service throughout the resort made everything even better.
But what truly made our trip unforgettable was the customer service. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making sure we were having a wonderful time.
And then there was Enrique, our butler, who deserves a special shout-out! ⭐️ He went above and beyond—and then somehow managed to go even further—to make sure my mom and I had the most amazing trip possible. He was attentive, thoughtful, incredibly helpful, and always one step ahead of us. Whether we needed something, had a question, or simply wanted a recommendation, Enrique was there to help with a smile.
He made us feel incredibly well taken care of without ever being intrusive. His attention to detail and genuine kindness made such a difference in our experience. We truly felt like VIPs!
A mother-daughter trip is something special, and having someone like Enrique helping make the experience so memorable is something we will always appreciate. ❤️
Haven Riviera Cancun gave us beautiful surroundings, amazing food, incredible service, and memories that my mom and I will cherish forever. We absolutely loved our stay and are already talking about coming back!

Fantastic as always!
Just got back from our third trip. It was wonderful as always. The food was very good. We did a serenity swim out room it was fantastic. Our butler Enrique was the most helpful butler we have ever had at any resort! The wait staff near the pool and even to our private pool were fantastic. We loved the new Tahini restaurant and dinner show.
