All round decent Hotel / No Issues
2 week stay, 2 adults / Hotel drive entrance 10-12 min taxi ride from the airport, then after through security another 2 miles up the drive to the hotel.
Check was smooth and took a few minutes, concierge tipped luggage on way up to the room.
Drink was required, the main hotel central bar is located with the lobby area. A large 360 degree bar good selection of drinks, we are not spirt drinkers but there is everything you could want available, all the well known brands were available if you wanted a premium Cognac for example there is a supplement to pay, bottled and cans of premium beer available all around the resort, Heineken was my go to for the holiday.
Room was very spacious, clean and tidy, drinks fridge full up and replenished daily view over the mango swaps, cleaned to a very high standard daily.
Several pools to choose from a little tired in areas I.e tiles are chipped and damaged but doesn’t really affect your life, never had an issue with towels or getting sun beds we was getting down straight after breakfast I would want to leave it until 11am gets busy.
The quieter pool is off the main buffet restaurant our go to daily, excellent poolside drinks service from 10am.
Plenty of poolside eating options if you don’t want to go to the buffet restaurant.
Several restaurants to choose from for dinner you can book up 3 at a time with the desk in reception, steak one is the best others all decent with great service.
Entertainment hit and miss in the main lobby area, not much else to do in the evening than sit around the bar.
There is a private beach area close to main area you can book for the day in reception around $35 each you get treated like a rock star with service and exceptional food & drink would recommend once or twice to break up the normal sitting around the main pool.
Overall great holiday couldnt really find anything to get grumpy about would go back.
Tip - be generous with small tips for everyone they work so hard and tips are always well received and appreciated.

Rocio was very attentive and remembered what drinks we had had the night before. Very smiley and very friendly. Excellent service !
