Great couples visit with spa, food and wine
Great resort, restaurants, pools and spa. As a member, I would have liked better transparency on credits that we felt are hidden to discourage actual use of them but rather have them expire. Value is therefore lost. They don't reveal the details, and you cannot find the balances in the app.

A Pleasant Week
Beautiful property, wonderful staff, but the pool chair situation needs to be addressed.
Le Blanc Cancun is a beautiful, very clean resort with a well maintained beach. The food at every restaurant we tried was top notch.
Our biggest issue was the pool chairs. There are signs clearly stating that chairs cannot be reserved, yet by 8:30 AM, almost every poolside chair had a towel on it while the pool area was still nearly empty. Some chairs remained “reserved” for HOURS, truly, before the guests actually arrived. Even more frustrating, we witnessed staff members saving chairs for guests. If certain guests receive a higher level of priority or service, we feel there should be a designated section or reserved area for those guests, rather than having chairs throughout the main pool area taken away from everyone else. At a luxury resort, there should be a fair and transparent system that allows all guests to enjoy the amenities they paid for. This seems completely contrary to the resort’s stated policy and is incredibly frustrating for guests who actually want to use the pool in the morning.
The staff were otherwise wonderful. Manny, Carlos, Miguel and Ingrid at Bella were all exceptional and deserve recognition. Joel, our butler, was also incredible and and attentive. He even decorated our room for our anniversary.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the pool chair issue was significant enough that it really impacted our experience and left us rather disappointed.
Amazing service
We had a great experience with José as our butler celebrating our anniversary. It was top tier service and they went above and beyond to celebrate us. Would highly recommend!
Avoid Excursions
Pros: Rooms are clean, staff is nice, service is spectacular, and the food is great with the exception of the buffet (Blanc) which is what you would expect at a regular all inclusive hotel in Cancún, but not at a luxury hotel.
Cons: the tours and excursions are a scam. Just book directly with tour operators as the advertising on the le blanc app is misleading and they charge more than double that the companies charge. I brought this to their attention and they offered me a 20% discount. Perhaps that’s fair, but definitely left a bad impression.
always an amazing stay
Le Blanc delivers on all counts. it is truly a one of a kind experience as many others have stated previously. The service, beach, spa, entertainment and international composition of the guests create a unique vacation that we return to again and again.
