It was the best
It was the best trip ive had so far. The ones tat made my day feel the best were Francisco, Victor, Erick and Andrea. They all deserve the best 😊 all the other people were also really nice. Thank you everyone!
Good place to visit for the price.
The experience was not all what we expected. Very disappointed in the dress code for especially men to eat at the restaurants, would be nice to know for packing purposes, most ppl who go to a beach don't bring causal attire instead beach attire. For all inclusive you would think its come as you are The food was a variety of things each day, but not what all you expect or very flavorful. If traveling from the US , it's not very diverse in the language barrier either.

Food always the same, poor service (mistakes), paella was NOT paella and I was asked "are you a chef?"!!

Bad location no entertainment sub par food and drinks
Hotel looked neat. Inside staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. Room was nice layout and view except only 2 outlets would charge phones and devices. No nightlife activities besides a singer in lobby. Drinks were very watered down and food wasn’t any good really. Went to other local places to eat more than few times. Only one bar at pool and one in lobby. Neither one of them open at same time. Beach restaurant didn’t allow beach clothing. Room amenities and cleanliness was always great. Hotel layout and structure nice.
Excellent place to stay
Eunice was amazing with us and all the staff was amazing and the foods was great and Raul don iguana was very funny
