The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Very accommodating and clean. Angel was very professional and friendly. His manager, Rafael was just as kind and accommodating. Top notch service.

Grand Oasis Palm stay
Los Agaves restaurantes provided a lovely experience with excellent food and the service was commendable especially Alfredo he was very informative and professional a true pleasure to meet.

Just okay…
From the outside the hotel looks beautiful. Our overall stay was average & at times below average. They received 3 stars because the staff was friendly & the restaurants were good. We purchased an all inclusive package.
Some of the issues were: No AC in the lobby or halls of the hotel ( it was almost 85-90 degrees every day) Our toilet stopped working & needed maintenance by day 2 Our tv didn’t work well at all The pool was closed two days out of our trip. A handle in the bathroom where we should have been able to hang our towels or a robe kept falling off
Other minor things: Outdated decor The night life activities were lacking, many things closed early or weren’t open at all. I’m not sure if it was off-season or something else. One Italian restaurant only had pizza available the entire time we were there. The hotel is a bit further away from other hotels & the mall. The bathroom area was very small for 2 people, I can’t imagine a family staying in that room.
I definitely loved Mexico overall but I will stay at a different resort & will not recommend this one to anyone else, sadly.

An absolute dream vacation for our family
Our family trip to Grand Oasis Palm in Cancun was an absolute dream from start to finish! The entire resort staff made us feel completely at home right away, delivering a solid 10 out of 10 experience every single day. The food prepared by Chef Fernández was delicious, and the service was just extremely perfect in every dining venue we visited. We have to give a huge shoutout to Albert, Ely, Elot, Monse, Marcial, and Ernesto for taking such wonderfull care of us throughout our stay. They were always smiling, incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure the kids and adults had everything we needed. We are already talking about our next visit because a vacation like this is hard to beat. I would 100% recommend this resort to anyone traveling with family!
