Friendly and helpful staff
Beautiful seafront hotel. The rooms are cool and spacious with air con. Food is buffet style with two other restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Francisco who works the pool area. He remembered our names and couldn’t do enough for us. He is a credit to the hotel. In fact all the staff are friendly and helpful.

Our waiter, Felipe, and our host, Carla, at Azul were always so kind and welcoming. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel like family. We really appreciate everything they did to make our experience so special. Thank you both!
Amazing service from Enrique—friendly, fast, and made every visit fun!
Enrique was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked up to the bar, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He has such a great sense of humor and was always joking around, which made the atmosphere so much more fun. Despite staying busy, he was quick with every drink and never sacrificed quality or kindness. He truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Enrique’s outstanding service made our trip even better, and I can honestly say he made my experience a 10/10. If you’re at this resort, definitely stop by and see him—you won’t be disappointed!
