Royal Solaris Cancun
The resort is ok. The food quality used to be better in the past. I had to do a 30 min line for a very small steak. This is my third time there. Also the drinks have less quality now, are extremely watery and feel like there is not alcohol on them. The rooms are big and clean. The service is good as most staff are nice. There is also not option to grab snacks after 10:00 pm which would be normal in other resorts. Hope they go back to great.

I had an amazing time at the Royal Solaris hotel! There were many fun activities to do and their staff was very attentive and helpful, especially Maggi! She was very kind, helpful, and made my stay very enjoyable! The hotel was very pleasant, had great food, and I highly enjoyed my stay!
Best Entertainment Staff & Unique Resort
This was my third stay at Royal Solaris / GR Caribe and 6th time in Cancun, and once again it exceeded all of our expectations! Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The property is stunning, the food and amenities are excellent, and the atmosphere is the perfect mix of relaxation and fun.
If you want a quiet adults-only vibe, stay at GR Caribe, because you’re still seamlessly connected to Royal Solaris by a 10 foot walk, and can experience all the foam parties, shows and great restaurants!
What truly makes this resort special is the incredible staff. Every single team member and entertainer I encountered was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making my stay unforgettable. Poolside event hosts involve everyone!
A special thank you to Maggi, whom I met during one of the painting classes. We had such a wonderful time chatting, laughing, and getting to know each other. She made the experience even more memorable, and her kindness and positive energy really stood out. It’s people like Maggi who make this resort feel so warm and personal.
Thank you to everyone for another amazing vacation. I left with wonderful memories once again, and I’m already looking forward to returning another time. See you again soon!
Horrible
Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights since our flight was canceled. What a horrible experience. Hotel staff always seemed to be cleaning however hotel always looked dirty. The smell in the lobby was so over powering with some sort of air freshener. Food was horrible. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
Mini Kid Club
Such a great and safe experience and environment Emma and all the others were very helpful to my daughter and me. It’s great they have the pool and a play area with lots of toys! It was one of the best parts of our trip.
