Relax and enjoy!
We had a fantastic time; great getaway with friends. Our butlers, Monse and Daniel, made the trip so special with all the attention to detail and anticipating our needs before we did!

Relaxing, exciting and everything in between
The hotel is very clear around the experience it offers when booking and it delivers exactly that. You can relax on the beach during the day and take advantage of the really attentive waiter service to keep yourself “hydrated” and well fed. If you like, there is aqua fitness, beach/aqua volleyball and regular foam parties in the pool with dancing lead by the vibe team. Diego and Vivi will encourage anyone with even the slightest doubt. Definitely get involved. The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner is very good. (Breakfast) Omelettes and pancakes are cooked to order and the ladies at the stations there are faultless. (Lunch) we typically ordered to our sun beds. The burgers and chicken tenders were a firm favourite. (Dinner) we split between Hunters, Vespa, Asian and the buffet. Hunters was excellent… the staff there create a really good experience and interact superbly. The food was spot on and the house Merlot was good too. Asian fusion.. ditto. Vespa was ok. The resteraunt was sweltering which detracted a little. The buffet.. I/we really enjoyed. The cooking stations will prepare tuna, white fish, scallops however you need them cooking. There’s a constant flow of pizza and a good rotation of other dishes too. Decent desserts although I always went for ice cream (shout out to the lovely, helpful, smiley lady who serves it). The waiters were always there to serve and top up whatever you were drinking.
Why this isn’t a 5 star review? The check in process is complicated and overall, the front reception desk are what you might class as deflective to any question you have. The Spa is expensive and constantly pushed. I always have a treatment wherever we stay but not here. $235 (US) for a couples massage is a bit steep. We were there celebrating two 50th birthday’s and our travel agent (TUI) added this to our booking. There was no mention of it during our stay (that didn’t really matter).
Should you stay here? Yes… if you want a good time, good food in a fabulous setting it’s great. Interact with the waiters, cooks and vibe team and it makes it all the better.
Extras… go to the Coco Bongo if you haven’t. Pay for the front row (don’t even question whether you should).
Excellent shopping whether you term left or right out of the hotel too.

Amazing Resort
Love this resort! I especially love the diamond club! Ever Donis and Mauricio were amazing bar tenders for my mocktails!!
