Diamond Club
Rosa and Eseban were exceptional butlers. Nothing was left undone and they communicated extremely well. I also enjoyed the Pilates class with Martin or Martine... Each employee I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable stay.

Iran and Sandra-fantastic Butlers
I highly recommend upgrading your stay to the diamond club/Butler service. It was worth every penny ❤️ I would like to call out the fabulous service from the staff. In particular, my butlers Iran and Sandra are amazing!! So tentative and quick to respond to our needs. You will think you are their only responsibilities. They handled everything for us, breakfast room service deliveries, restaurant reservations, setting us up with excursions. Sosa, Cinthia, Oskar, Hugo, Sergio were fantastic servers who managed all of our wants at the bars and pools. The food here is so good. Great room service, highly recommend the jalapeno poppers, the pool side food fried cheese, guacamole and pico. Insomnia is a great cafe for a good latte. We sampled all the dinner restaurants and I particularly loved Chopsticks and Vespa. The miso soup and truffle risotto were incredible.

Another great experience
This is my second to the resort and I had the pleasure of having Arturo as my butler. He was very professional and friendly but more importantly he was on top of everything where he on the property or not. I will be visiting again and if it is possible I would request him again.
