Romario from entertainment was excellent and very friendly.
Recommendations: longer hour for disco and bars would be great for being an all adult resort.

Domario great customer service greT dancer !! He should be im San Francisco dancing right now !! Great soul . The only thing with the hotel , recommendations i would add is longer hours for the adult pool club food bars close later . Being a adult resort u would think the bar and everything would be open later longer
Was a ok place, nice location but old hotel.
Adult only hotel. For the most part we enjoyed our visit. Our hotel room balcony door would not close and was had to open. Very NOISY rooms on Southside because of Hotel next door.... The bathroom had a bad smell. On some days all the restaurants were closed except for one, so was crowded. RE membership had cabanas in a reserved area only. But everyone (Non Members) was using them when we wanted to ....

Sandos Cancun....very disappointing!
Pros: Clean hotel, staff helpful when an issue arises, Japanese restaurant, Cancun beach for long walks. Cons: buffet is very small & very repetitive, Italian restaurant is BAD, no palapas on the beach (and no palm trees...you cook on the beach!), hotel says it provides a "rhythm experience" in the pool area but that does not mean salsa, samba or mexican music at a reasonable volume level. Instead....Everyday from around 11AM to late afternoon, you get VERY VERY loud rave/techno/dance music! You feel like you're in a nightclub. Impossible to quietly read a book, have a conversation without raising your voice & forget having a nap. You ask an employee to turn down the volume & they ignore you. Too many issues at this Sandos for it to be rated a 5*. Should be a 3,5*.
