Fantastic 5 * experience
The hotel is in a great location at the Hotel Zone, easy access via the R1/R2 bus into party centre and shopping malls. Relaxing atmosphere but with plenty of entertainment both during the day and evening. The entertainment team work very hard at all times. The professional shows and Acts are excellent. We tried all the restaurants and our favourite was Olio Mediterranean Cuisine on the 12th floor, the food was outstanding, Cesar the waiter was brilliant and introduced us to 2 of the chefs that cooked for us, one being Chef Jamie who cooked a delicious Rib Eye steak. The manager Luis was also very appreciative that we had visited the restaurant 3 times during our stay. The room were really clean and it’s a credit to the housekeeping staff. We stayed in a Delux Ocean View King room and couldn’t fault it. The staff in general can not do enough for you, tips are not compulsory however it is really appreciated if you do tip. Overall a fantastic holiday and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful resort and staff
We loved this resort. We have been to so many all inclusive hotels and this exceeded our expectations. We will be back for sure
Good spot overall
Overall a great experience. About a 20 minute ride to downtown Cancun. Great food at the resort. We didn’t like that they required long pants in 2 of the best restaurants on the property.
Relax, refresh and recharge
Great hotel for relaxation and rest. Great space for rest, not a let of hustle and bustle. The spa was phenomenal and the hyrdotheraphy.

Great spot in Cancun
Great swimming pool and dining experience on the 12th floor. Hotel is full of very clean and enjoyable swimming pools. There are plenty of food options and the hotel is located very close to the mall.
