Guests arriving from Cancun International Airport can arrange a shuttle service for the 20 minute journey. Once they arrive at the venue they will be immediately enchanted by the elegant, relaxing and family atmosphere. All of the guest's rooms are equipped with the best in modern comforts and they guarantee pleasant and cosy stay. When the evening comes guests can either see one of the shows at the outdoor open-air theatre or make their pick between the 3 bars, each serving both domestic and imported beverages and offering a stylish and friendly atmosphere.

Great time in Cancun
My first time in Cancun and it was amazing, all the staff is super friendly. The activities were all incredibly fun, Bryon was amazing on the water exercises.
A great place to stay.
The property’s location offers a secluded, tranquil atmosphere that I found exceptionally pleasant, despite the absence of a beach. My third-floor villa, designed in an elegant Spanish style, was remarkably spacious and featured a well-appointed layout with a scenic lagoon view. Given the all-inclusive model, the pricing was highly competitive, and the overall standard of cleanliness was excellent. While the basic amenities were satisfactory, the dining experience at La Vela Asian Cuisine was truly outstanding; the variety and quality of the entrees and desserts were exceptional. Furthermore, the service provided by the staff, particularly Rafael and Kevin, was exemplary, characterized by meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Finally, I would strongly encourage fellow guests to recognize the staff’s commendable service through gratuity, as their dedication significantly enhances the overall quality of the guest experience.
Fantastic resort.
Excellent and friendly wait staff! Gonzalo especially and his fellow coworkers were attentive, accommodating and were the epitome of customer service. Bartenders friendly and knowledgeable of their craft. Housekeeping, ground keepers and entertainment staff were always upbeat with smiles and warm hello’s. Rooms were perfectly cool in the cancun weather!
