A Wonderful Family Vacation at a Beautiful Resort
We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt comfortable and taken care of throughout our entire stay.
Our room was comfortable, the resort had so much to offer, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We especially appreciated how enjoyable and stress-free everything felt. It truly felt like we were able to relax, enjoy our time together, and make some wonderful family memories.
We had such a great experience that we were genuinely sad to leave! We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful, family-friendly place to stay. Thank you for helping make our vacation so special!

Had plenty of fun, karaoke was really fun. Resort was clean, workers are really nice and cordial. You guys seem to work as a good team there.
Review for Pool & Beach only: Roomy Pools, Wide Beach, Ocean Shallows
Visually stunning! We spent 2 hours here as part of staying at a sister resort. Despite the towers of rooms, I briefly had the infinity lap pool to myself at midday. Although there were a lot of adults relaxing in the main pool, there was plenty of room. There are two swim-up bars. Chairs around the pool were 100% occupied/claimed, but chairs under umbrellas on the beach were readily available. The sand beach is wide, and the water depth is in waves, so one can be quite close to the shore and still actually swim. A storm was coming in, so there were 6' waves; after the storm, there was some seaweed. They have outdoor showers for the sand and indoor showers for the salt and changing. The pool area has a general bathroom, and the hotel drug/grocery/gift store is as large as a neighborhood grocery store. There are no lockers, so be prepared to swim in shifts if you have your wallet and phone.

Fantastic, we love it. The crew is the best. Food has gone down since Holliday Inn vacations took it over. But we love the Sands. So many friends over the years
Great Wait Staff
The Royal Sands is our favorite place to stay in Cancun. The wait staff is exceptional and truly make you feel like ROYALTY! Worth the money paid.
