Lovely holiday difficult start with wrong room no seaview. .. ricardo riveria concierge will go above and beyond to give support and arrange anyhing needed...always happy to help

Our experience was excellent
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional.
I would especially like to recognize Humberto Puc for his exceptional professionalism, helpfulness, and courtesy throughout my stay. His outstanding customer service made a meaningful difference and truly made me feel valued as a guest.
Thank you to the entire team for providing such a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

1st time at the Allegro Playacar
I've been to Playa del Carmen numerous of times, this is my first time at the Allegro Playacar and it was awesome. Perfect size resort, no loud drunk people, nice landscape, friendly staff members. The buffet food was really good. I would highly recommend this resort. The only thing that I was disappointed about was the all sargassum, but that can't be controlled unfortunately. Thank you Allegro Playacar for a delightful week.
