Great experience on the lagoon boat tour with Carlos as the guide.
Carlos is amazing!!
We took the around the resort boat tour. Carlos was very knowledgeable, taught us a lot about the different resorts and made it very enjoyable!!
Stunning hotel and shout out to Fernando and Vanessa!
A fantastic hotel in a truly unique and beautiful setting. Upgraded to a two-double-bed casita overlooking the lagoon. Superb food, great restaurants, wonderful swimming pools, but above all the service, especially our butler service with Fernando and Vanessa, who were both amazing. A big, big thank you to them both.
