Exceptional Experience
We highly recommend this Grand Velas RM and are already looking forward to visiting their other property in Los Cabos!
The food and service were outstanding across the board — at all the bars, restaurants, and even room service.
For parents traveling with teenagers, the Teens Club is a true saving grace! They offer lots of activities, have incredibly attentive staff, and even provide great food for the kids. It gave us a chance to relax and enjoy some time knowing the teens were having fun and well taken care of.
The grounds are absolutely impeccable, and the gardens are beautiful. I’m definitely a beach person, so I was disappointed that we weren’t able to enjoy the beach during our stay. Unfortunately, the sargassum made it nearly impossible. The staff works incredibly hard to clean it up, but the amounts are so massive that it’s simply impossible to keep up.
A huge kudos to all the staff and management. Their warmth, attention to detail, and exceptional service truly made us feel like royalty throughout our stay.
We can’t wait to return and experience their Cabo property next!
An Unforgettable Family Vacation
The resort itself is beautiful, the food was exceptional, and the spa was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the level of service was beyond what we expected.
A special thank-you goes to our two amazing concierges, Zuly and Paulo . They were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly attentive, courteous, warm, and genuinely caring. No matter what we asked for, they went above and beyond to make it happen. They were always available, incredibly responsive, and somehow seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even had to ask.
What impressed us most was that their service never felt forced or simply part of their job—it felt personal. They truly wanted to make sure our family had the best possible experience, and they succeeded.
The food throughout the resort was phenomenal, the spa was absolutely beautiful and relaxing, and every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and welcoming. You can tell that Grand Velas takes tremendous pride in creating an exceptional experience for their guests.

Luxury Stay at its Best
Grand Velas did not disappoint! This luxury resort was everything and more. From the time I was welcomed on the property to the time I departed with good byes, I felt like royalty. The beautiful and clean ambience, the pool meditation ceremony, the water journey at SeSpa, the adult pool, the views from every place at the resort, and my favorite restaurant Lucca, Velas Resort Cancun was AMAZING! Special thanks to Glenda, Carolina and Daniel for your excellent service, whatever I needed you all were right there. You all are very special people who made my stay most memorable. My business trip felt like a vacation! With gratitude, Thank You!

Great resort with lots of different areas to enjoy. Our experience was amazing since the moment we arrived, Alfonso & Braulio made the difference with their attentive service in anything we may need. Food was excellent in every restaurante, thanks to all the servers that gave the best service ever, Luz, Noe, Issac, Carlos, Daniela, David, Edgar & all!! The adults pool area was a must and we had the best time there everyday, thanks Eduardo, Javier, Jorge & Reyes. We’ll be back soon!!
Ultimate Getaway
Absolutely amazing property with the best service I've ever received at and all inclusive resort. Amazing restaurants for a fantastic culinary experience and the drinks provided an expansive variety of flavors and styles. Our concierge team of Enrique and Santos were there for my wife and I at every beckon call and were sure to provide a list of all the activities taking place on a daily basis. We truly were able to unplug and relax at this beautiful property!
