JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar

Another absolutely exceptional trip to Iberostar JOIA Paraiso. We enjoyed 9 days of the best hospitality yet. There are so many many people that Janie and I would like to acknowledge with our most heartfelt thanks. Starting with our arrival; Gaspar, Eli, Hector, Jorge, Ignacio and Leonardo absolutely set a special tone for a welcoming trip to our 2nd home. The Reception team is so very kind and supportive to us and we want to thanks so much to Paulina, Fernando, Marco, Violeta, Sac and all the team. Every visit they make special for us. Our Star Prestige team looks out for us every single day to make sure that we have everything we could ever need and more. Thank you Laura, Anselmo, Jonathan, Gracia and Ambassador Gabriela, such a great addition and new friend. We most definitely want to express our gratitude and huge thanks to our Butler Team. Daily they took incredible care of All our requests, questions and more. Thank you so much Angel, Tomas, Benito, Mauro and Paola. Thanks also to butlers Gustavo and Benjamin, Fesh and Fatima. Such special individuals each and every one. Kudos to the Housekeeping staff, our morning and evening service was always Top Notch and each of their personal touches were always noted and appreciated.

We would like to give all the members of the restaurant teams our most sincere thanks and appreciation. All of you make dining such an incredible experience at every seating. There are so many that we would love to share our thanks with; especially beginning with Captains Victor, Eunice and Manuel. These 3 great people have made sure visit after visit, year after year that our dining experiences are everything they possibly can be. Regularly checking on us daily to make sure that we are happy. We are so grateful to these three amazing individuals. Then, Chef Yadhir; he is everywhere everyday! Great Chef and so personable. Chef Dario from Legado and Bella Vista; Chefs Carlos and Jessica in Haiku. Chefs Victor and Chef Carlos in Bella Vista. All of these Amazing Chefs were so friendly, so professional and outstanding. They were true highlights in our stay. Next, the incredible group that serve and maintain the dining rooms are also All so Wonderful!! So many it’s difficult to mention everyone but Cecilia, Guadalupe, Mario, Cristian and Leonardo are a few that we are extremely grateful to. A special thanks to Aldo in Room Service department; his smiling friendly presence at our door each morning absolutely made each day off to a wonderful start!! Thanks Aldo. We are so in love with the beach and the pool areas. This is how we spend our days in paradise and several people make this exceptional every day; first and foremost we are grateful to Manuel at the Star Prestige Beach Club. He is so kind, so thoughtful and so hardworking. He remembers guests personally by name and he maintains an organized, comfortable and friendly environment. Lastly, we want to thank the important Individuals that guide this absolutely amazing incredible slice of Heaven. Janie and I both know from our own experiences that success in all phases of any operation are a result of balanced, caring and involved leadership extending from the top. Clearly JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar is in most capable, caring and inspired hands. Janie and I want to express our deep gratitude for these special individuals. Everybody works here it's 5 star great food and Great entertainment super clean and nice people Laura from gym center , Miguel from the Japanese restaurant, Aris and Fatima butlers in tower 70 they did a great job
