Amazing experience, our 5th time here!
Our 5th time here and we still love this place! The staff are so nice and friendly, really treat you like family and will remember you from previous trips. Carlos, Octavio, Jorge at the bar at night are great, Carlos always comes round to make sure we have a drink in hand and he is so friendly and welcoming, he deserves a raise for how good he is! Tiger (Herbert) on the bar during the day is great too and makes a great coffee! Definitely recommend and can't wait to come back here again!

Heavenly holiday
Beautiful hotel. Entertainment by vividiana & gustov (can't remember how to spell their names) absolutely made our holiday. They were so friendly & went out their way many a time to keep us entertained. Main buffet was closed but plenty on offer from other restaurants. Cleanliness 100% Always some where to sit day or night. My husband & I would definitely return & would highly recommend. If traveling out resort also recommend In Drive app much cheaper than taxis.

Sushi making experience
We’re staying at Ocean maya, we were lucky enough to take part with the sushi making lesson with Viridianna and chef Alejandro! I’ve never had or made sushi before! Between Viridianna and Alrjandro they were very supportive and calm when helping make this. We also learnt some Spanish at the same time! Algae-Seaweed, Queso- cheese and Pepino-Cucumber! Would 100% recommend and would be something I’d like to do again! Thank you guys for putting great sessions on within the resort!❤️

Nice relaxing experience.
The resort is low key if that is helpful. The staff as a whole are wonderful, we’ve been to near a dozen resorts in the Yucatán and while they have all offered satisfactory service this property excelled in that department. Special mention to Lupe in the spa, Marcello in the Sports restaurant and Jorge (George) manning the lobby bar. Thanks again….
