Best of the Best!
The best experience! From the highest-quality food to the beauty of the grounds to the genuine service, it doesn't get any better. We keep coming back and it only gets better. Everything is top-notch and done with care.
Perfect experience in every way
Perfect retreat in every way. Second visit and it was like coming home. My wife and I are also business partners and this escape meant a lot to us. We just love the location and the setting and the facilities and the restaurants. We love riding the bikes to the restaurants. We love that there is plenty of room for everyone on the beach and everyone has prime views and idyllic cabanas. Palmaia is the perfect setting for us to truly let go and unwind. While at Palmaia take the time to get to know the amazing staff as well. Just great people in every part of the operation. Edgar from the in house reservations was super helpful to work with. Paolo at reception was our angel and so friendly. Starting our day at Plantissa with the very friendly smiles from Elis & Joselyn started our day on a high note every day. Thank you so much. All our dinner servers were great but we need to thank Samuel at Mar de Olivo for taking extra time talking with us. Made for the most special experience of our trip. We love Enrique at Eolo. Best happy hour server ever! Danny and Debbie on the beach are very attentive and it felt like getting served by good friends. Sergio and Charlie's just a neat person to talk with. More Than Mosquito Bites!
One final experience I feel is important to share involves a significant health issue that began during my stay. Beginning on the second day, I developed what I believed were unusually severe insect bites covering much of both arms and legs. I never actually felt myself being bitten, yet by the following morning I had dozens of intensely itchy lesions and spent the remainder of my vacation trying to manage what I assumed was an extreme reaction to mosquitoes.
After returning home, the symptoms continued to worsen rather than improve. I have since been diagnosed with scabies. What I initially thought would resolve on its own turned into weeks of relentless itching, severe sleep disruption, extensive cleaning and laundering, medical treatment, and considerable financial expense. This is not something to take lightly. Early recognition and prompt treatment are essential, and I believe every resort has a responsibility to remain vigilant regarding environmental health and to respond quickly to any potential concerns.
It’s truly heaven and worth every penny
There aren’t enough words or time to express all that is perfect about Palmailla. Don’t overthink it and just book it! This was our second trip and we already can’t wait to go back. The location, how beautifully natural everything is, the service, the food. All impeccable and we had no complaints. The spa is one of the most unique places and I highly recommend the 90 min relaxation facial. Ruben has hands of gold. Our nomadic guides Oscar and Kassandra went above and beyond for us every single day. This trip was ultra special with the full moon and we were treated to mama and baby monkeys daily - so much nature and quiet. It’s the rewind/recharge that you dream of.

Casa de Aia is heaven in Mexico
Palmaia is the best hotel experience i had in my life. The property, amenities, employees, food, ambience is above expected. The hotel offers the best hospitality. Our nomades Kassandra & Oscar are the best concierges. Adriana , Yassiim, Abraham, Sergio, Ale gaves us an amazing dinning experience. BTW Su Casa is the best restaurant among the others. My overall experience is not 10 but 11! Already planning my nxt trip there.
