Overall good experience
The room was nice and the staff overall was great. Called reception 3 times and they only fullfilled one request so there is a great are of improvement there. Enrique from the breakfast buffet delivered excellent service everyday. People like him made the experience well worth the money and make me want to return.

The Best Experience Ever!!
The overall experience was excellent! 10 out of 10 service! The Hadar restaurant staff members in particular Nelvia, Ernesto and Carlos plus Lidia who makes the best omelette which had us coming back every morning. Overall every staff member deserves a raise in pay due they where the best of the best and made our stay here the best vacation me and wife have had in a long time!!! We look forward to returning to the resort as soon as possible in the near future to experience this beautiful place again, hopefully with many family members and friends who will recommend to as soon as we get back home. 👍🏿🙏🏿

The Paradisus La Pearla resort is awesome! The ambiance is beautiful, the food is delicious and the staff is absolutely amazing.! Especially Nelvia and Ernesto in the Hadar Restaurant. They went above and beyond to make our dining experience great. I felt like I was in luxury the entire stay and I can't wait to visit again. I'll definitely be back and I would 100% recommend this resort to family and friends.

Really excellent experience. Very friendly hard working staff. Ernesto and Nelvia at the Hadar restaurant were just awesome people. So fun to come in and chat with them every morning and lunch.
Also, Elvis at the sunset/Fahrenheit pool is a crazy good server. Always had a drink ready as I finished my current drink.
We were celebrating our 25 anniversary and they had complimentary gifts in our room when we arrived.
We will definitely be coming back.
