Best staff ever
We had the BEST time at Playacar Palace! Unfortunately the beach was not great due to seaweed but the staff made up for it for sure. Ivan helped get our transportation set and made reservations for all of our dinners. He was only a text away for anything I needed. Veronica helped setup up our excursions and spa appointments. She even went out of her way to make sure we had a private tour since we had young kids with us. We were able to go over to the sister Resort at Cozumel and Eder checked in to make sure everything was okay with our stay there. The pool staff (Dalia, Marvin, & Ignacio) always made sure we had drinks and setup our chairs each day. Lastly Manuel our bell boy was so sweet getting our luggage from our room into the transportation for our next adventure. The staff at this resort is top notch!
As always food is delicious, the room was nice and clean, and the shows at night were great (especially the water show, Mexican Show, and break dancing show).
We will definitely be back!
Excellent service , delicious food, great ambiance
Property is a little dated but the service makes up for it. Excellent drinks at the bar and their Italian restaurant Trattoria is a delight. Ricardo the manager was excellent . Chef Leonel,s vegetarian pasta was delicious and Karla and Petro had impeccable service . We felt special.

Ivan and the staff from Madremia restaurant were amazing. The food selection was unique and delicious. Local flavors in a beautiful setting. A must if you come visit. Muchas gracias!
Playacar palace
Very relaxing ! The staff and the food and the facilities were amazing! Want to go again as soon as possible! Close to shopping sight seeing and the ferry that takes you to Cozumel to see the sights there!
