Not a 5* property.
The food was horrendous. Twenty years ago they had a Michelin * chef arranging their food. Now it is just cheap, cheap, cheap.

Great
We visited to commemorate our 30th wedding anniversary and had an exceptional experience. The property is well-maintained and pristine, and the staff provided consistently friendly service. We were particularly pleased with the thoughtful gesture arranged for our celebration, for which we extend our gratitude to Carlos Quintal.

Great Hideaway vacation! Great all inclusive Hotel that provides great service, food, and accomodation.
After many stays, I was very disappointed this trip.
Several issues arose this trip. Air con, concierge entitlement issues, and overall hotel disrepair were the major issues.
