Had an amazing time ! They accommodated a large group of 17. This a more relaxed atmosphere. Daily activities were fun and engaged everyone. Pool service is amazing. Dinners had wonderful food with a large selection to choose. Rooms were large and comfortable.

One of the worst vacation experiences I’ve ever had — absolutely disgraceful considering the price we paid! Don’t be fooled!

After spending 10 days at this hotel, with 3 nights still remaining, the conclusion is unfortunately catastrophic.

The food and beverage experience has been extremely disappointing: the quality of the food and wines is simply not up to the standard expected for the price we paid (with only 3 wines to choose from). Several restaurants have been closed on alternate evenings, including for almost three-quarters of our stay. One evening, we even arrived at a restaurant following our reservation, only to find it closed without any prior notice. We were simply redirected to another restaurant. On top of that, the service is extremely slow, despite the hotel being far from fully booked.

Our room also had to be changed after just 3 days because water was pouring heavily through the ceiling. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

The main pool was virtually unusable for 3 days, with the water turning yellow/green. Despite this, we tried to use it, and our swimsuit, worth over €500, was permanently stained yellow and completely ruined. Despite explaining the situation, the hotel offered absolutely nothing: no cleaning service, no reimbursement, and no commercial gesture whatsoever.

The sea was also heavily affected by sargassum during our stay. We understand that this is a natural phenomenon, but when the situation is this severe, it should at the very least be clearly disclosed at the time of booking.

And despite all these issues, we have not been offered any refund, discount, or compensation whatsoever. We paid several thousand euros for a service that, in reality, is nowhere near what we expected or what was promised.

So please don’t let yourself be seduced solely by the beautiful photos and the “All Inclusive” concept. Our experience has been very different from what we thought we were paying for.

This review is not being written in the heat of the moment after one particularly bad day. We have been here for 10 days. And we still have 3 nights left — nights we are now simply looking forward to getting through so that we can finally leave.

For a vacation, honeymoon, or simply a stay that is supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable, I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel. In fact, I would strongly advise against it.

Considering the amount we paid and the many issues we have experienced, we are still waiting for genuine compensation that reflects the seriousness of the situation.

P.S. We actually reached the point where we decided to spend one night at another hotel because we simply couldn’t take this situation anymore. At this point, it is no longer just a disappointment — it is downright disgraceful considering the price paid and the level of service and amenities that were promised.
