Freddy is the best! He is always checking on us and making sure we had loads of drinks and food. The view is 10/10 and the music was such a vibe! Can’t recommend this rooftop enough!

Birthday at the Reef
Enjoyed the rooftop customer service a lot. The hotel staff were all a delight and very helpful and welcoming. If you go to the rooftop ask for Freddy, he is top tier!! Food was great my entire stay. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious. Thank you The Reef 28 for making my birthday experience great. I’ll definitely be back.
Great hotel and Customer service!
Great experience. Great customer service and staff. Was in a good safe area. Rooftop service was great. Our server Anel was great as well giving us what we wanted.
