Victor the XHale Pool Concierge was extremely attentive ensuring that any questions or needs we had were met with a smile.

Pascual, a waitress, was absolutely amazing, and the whole staff was very friendly and helpful.

The people/staff service was amazing! It's a good balance of relaxation + fun activities. I love that they also offer a club inside the resort.

The resort was super chill. The room was beautiful. Food & drinks were good! Also, shoutout to Pascual at the Spoon. He was a great waiter!!! Super amazing service!!
EXCELLENT DINING EXPERIENCE
Pasquale and Felipe were our servers and OMG what a joyful experience they were very friendly and attentive to our table they were so good they even remembered how many were in our family when we came down each morning for breakfast they had our seats ready so we could eat together AMAZING customer service experience💯💯💯
