Great experience at Tepanyaki. Luiz the 6'5 Chinese Mexican was unbelievable! Very entertaining and delicious food
Amazing hibachi experience!
Our cook was Louis and he was amazing! Service and the food was excellent! I would 100% recommend this to others! My family and I had the best time. The sushi was amazing and so was the hibachi!
Great honeymoon destination!
My husband and I went on our first international trip together to Dreams Jade and it was a fantastic decision. The time of year we went wasn’t too busy, but still had life on the resort. The weather was perfect. The facilities were clean and bigger than expected, which was great for us. we splurged a little bit to be a part of the preferred club and it was definitely worth it to be in an adult only environment. Overall, we would book this place again because it had a relaxing atmosphere and great amenities for the price.
August 2026 stay
All the staff is super nice and willing to help at any time. Even being understaffed they still have a smile on their faces. It is undergoing a renovation we didn’t know about so I’m sure next summer the hotel will be beautiful! We had a few room issues when we checked in but they were quickly resolved. But we sat poolside in Mîsael’s side and he provided top notch service, I will definitely be on the lookout for him as he has years of experience working at this resort! And I want to send a shout out to Luis in the tepanyaki restaurant as he was the only chef this week and still made every show in the restaurant engaging and fun!
Overall experience with dreams jade
We stayed in dreams jade for 4 nights during August 2026. Staffs are very friendly. Our go to place is carnival international buffet . 6 restaurants are there but we tried only 2 since the other restaurants are not open during lunch or dinner which is not a good thing. Swimming pool is good. Explorer clubs staffs are very friendly and they took care of our kid properly. Housekeeping team is very good. Hyatt App is easy to access. They are maintaining the property very well. Coupons are useless. Drinks options are good.
