This was our second stay at Dreams Riviera Cancun, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. The resort is exceptionally well maintained, with staff constantly gardening, cleaning, and keeping the grounds beautiful.
The food was very good, with a wide variety of options across seven restaurants featuring different cuisines. Our favorites were the French restaurant where Esequiel took excellent care of us and the seaside grill. Service throughout the resort was excellent—friendly, attentive, and consistently welcoming.
There’s always something happening at the resort for both adults and families. Daily activities include fitness classes, games, arts and crafts, and more. Evenings feature live musicians, shows, and dancing, making every night enjoyable.
A special shoutout to the Entertainment Team, who were incredible. Their energy was contagious! Uzzi, Oscar (Yuel), Jonathan, Edwin, the rest of the team, and of course their leader, Cesar made sure our days were full!
Our room was well appointed, with a very comfortable bed, a spacious shower, and double sinks. We booked a garden-view room, but we could still catch a glimpse of the ocean through the palm trees.
Overall, we had another wonderful stay and would happily return. The beautiful property, excellent food, outstanding staff, and wide variety of activities make Dreams Riviera Cancun a great destination.
my first time in cancun was definitely unforgettable! i made a bestfriend and we played sand volleyball, best drinks ever too ! we will miss you oliver!
Karla is such a nice person and is very good at keeping the place organized. I had a great conversation with her and she is very good at doing her job.
This resort is not a resort for a family with teenagers or young adults. It is a very relaxing environment for retirees maybe, but if you want to have various activities and different options for different ages, this not the place to select. All you can do here is sit in the pool (that was supposed to be adult only but many under 18 people were frequently there).
Erik Ramirez was an exceptional help to us. He was friendly and was so happy to serve. I would highly recommend.
