Check in was quick and efficient Preferred room Ocean View - lovely and clean Great maid service mini bar regularly changed No problem with air con Shower may be a problem for tall people as rain shower is very low Restaurants - bit hit and miss if they’re open or not seaside grill was relocated to world cafe one night We found the world cafe to be the best as was mostly buffet style and always found something to eat we had heard from reviews the Portefello restaurant had amazing steaks We didn’t find this to be true ours was tough Tried another steak at seaside grill also tough Tried all the other restaurants ok but not overly impressed due to lack of choice we’re not fussy eaters Preferred pool - we stayed here most of the holiday Good drinks and cocktails great service Pool always had bits floating in it due to the trees and shrubs around although you see staff trying to clear it Always managed to find a sunbed although we were slightly out of season The main pool seemed to favor the mexicans movie night was in spanish Location - very quiet We visited the marina / saw the dolphins which is very close to the hotel and ate out in some of the bars there listened to their live music as entertainment at the hotel isn’t great Silent disco was fun Preferred bar was very small but lovely and chilled and good quality drinks Great service again Some-hot food sandwiches and fruit Fun barman Im told by other guests that compared to other dreams resorts this is below par This is our first time at a Dreams resort so have nothing to compare it with Staff are absolutely Amazing , a credit to the hotel and are truly the best part of this hotel They work so very hard

Clean, but old. Also, I would skip the Preferred Club next time--there is no value or exclusivity to it. Our Master Suite was spacious but air conditioning kept the room warm, not even cool despite several requests for it to be examined. Very poor service overall, but Fredy at Oceana and bartender Alexander were standouts.
