Great stay! Great room! Great Service!
We stayed at Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun in September and had a great experience from start to finish!
We stayed in Diamond Club, and a huge part of what made our stay so enjoyable was our butlers, Eliu and Gonzalo. Eliu was our AM butler and Gonzalo was our PM butler, and both were amazing. They were extremely attentive, responsive, and always followed through on anything they said they would do. They also both had such great spirits and personalities. They genuinely made us feel taken care of and helped make the stay awesome!
The Diamond Club experience was definitely worth it for us. We also really enjoyed the water park and had great service at every restaurant we visited. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and attentive.
For breakfast, Rio was definitely our favorite over the main breakfast buffet. We preferred the food, atmosphere, and overall experience there.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return. Special thanks again to Eliu and Gonzalo for taking such great care of us and making our vacation even better!

Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun — A Resort That Goes the Extra Mile
We recently spent an incredible getaway at the Royalton, enjoying the Diamond Club experience with our private walkout pool. The setting was beautiful, and we arrived excited to settle in.
However, we quickly discovered that our swim-out pool wasn't heated and later learned it had been closed for environmental maintenance. Rather than disappoint us, our butlers, Eliu and Gonzalo stepped up in a major way. They arranged a private pool hut for our exclusive use, accommodated an extended checkout (from noon to 3 p.m), and made sure we felt genuinely taken care of.
That's the kind of service that transforms a trip. Yes, the pool situation was frustrating, but what impressed us most was how the resort team, particularly Eliu and Gonzalo, turned it around with such professionalism and warmth. They didn't just apologize, they acted.
The Diamond Club membership, combined with that level of personalized service, made this a memorable stay. We'll absolutely return and recommend the Royalton to anyone looking for a Caribbean resort that truly values its guests.

Great stay
We had such a great experience with our butlers, Eliu and Gonzalo! They were honestly phenomenal throughout our entire stay. They were always so quick to help with anything we needed and made everything feel so easy and comfortable for us.
Whether it was answering a question, helping us with something at the resort, or just checking in to make sure everything was okay, they were always there. You could really tell that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience.
They definitely made our trip more comfortable and stress-free, and we really appreciated everything they did for us. Thank you so much, Eliu and Gonzalo, for being so kind, helpful, and attentive. We truly enjoyed having you as our butlers and would definitely recommend them!
