Edwin our server pool side is amazing! What a great employee. Also..shout out to Luis the entertainment guru!! He is so fun up beat and our group had the best time. You should clone him!! What a great personality! Ami xoxoxo

The hotel refused to honour our prepaid booking for 2x swimout rooms. These were both prepaid with Agoda, and we provided booking confirmations confirming this. Hotel claim that Agoda booked non swimout rooms despite Agoda confirming the correct rooms are booked. Forced to sit in the lobby after flying for 18 hours. Absolute worst check in experience ever.

As expected except the private party
The experience was as expected. The staff was very pleasant. Daniel on the Secret’s pool side was amazing! My complaint was my private party…..I spent an additional $2,000 for hors d’oeuvres for an hour & I truly felt robbed. It was for 1 hour and the servers were running around so fast with the nastiest food I had on the resort. If you are planning a private party this may not be the best spot …..otherwise everything was great!

50th Birthday Celebration
I was extremely impressed with my experience here. The staff was attentive, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The entertainment team, led by Luis, did a phenomenal job creating an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the day. Additionally, the pricing provided excellent value, making the overall experience exceptional.

Rooms were clean. Only thing was our room was by party pool and it was noisy all day and night
